  2. Investments in Real Estate, developing ownership titles as well as anyone’s right to own a Real Estate.<\/li>\n
  3. Formalization and avoid tax evasion in property transfer transactions. Through the revaluation process, it is possible to reflect the real price in the market and not only according to the reference prices.<\/li>\n
  4. Combating money laundering, encouraging revalued transactions at market price and not just by reference price system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
