I/We, signed, by filling in this form apply/more for the Category of Membership __ National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREA) And we agree, if approved, to comply with all the rules and regulations and to pay the appropriate obligations on time as required by the narea sub-legal acts.

I/We agree and agree that NAREA collects my/our personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.

I/We accept and consent that my/our voluntarily stated personal data will be handled by persons responsible for handling personal data for legitimate purposes.

I/We agree and agree that NAREA disclose my/our personal data voluntarily declared, whether online at its website, as well as in written form in official publications, information brochures, periodicals, weekly/monthly/annual publications.

Each applicant must:

1. Fill out and file an application form.
2. I submit a copy of the NIPT and a Historical Extract from the National Business Centre.
3. A declaration that has no criminal precedent.
4. I read and sign the NAREA Statute.
5. Read and sign the Code of Ethics and The Principles of Leadership.
6. Each applicant in the Agent/Individual category must submit a Curriculum Vitae.

All applications are reviewed and approved by the Board at its next meeting.

The board may decide not to approve an application. In any case, the applicant is given an explanation.
