According to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers of Albania (NAREA) compared to 2020, prices for new apartments have increased by about 3-4% on average. The increase is reflected differently in areas and building typologies, ranging from 6-7% in the most sought-after areas and falling to 2-3% in the least sought-after areas. The average sales price is calculated based on the Association’s baseline date, of about 25,000 properties. The average weighted price in Tirana (last 3 years) results from NAREA at the level of 900-920 euros per square meter.
