This was the year-end postcard from #NAREA for each real estate owner, the cooperation to enable the postponement of the Revaluation Process for 4 +3 months, and the very good news with which we start 2022:

“As the revaluation process is having positive effects on the real estate market, NAREA – National Albanian Real Estate Association is expected to very soon propose a formula that will stay long term, avoiding frequent delays in the process.”
