Statement for media by the Executive Director of the National Albanian Real Estate Association, Mr. Reinaldo Pipiria

The Executive Director of the National Albanian Real Estate Association, Reinaldo Pipiria says that the process of consultation of the draft law lasted 6 months, but at its conclusion it does not turn out to be presented the agreed draft and therefore more time is required for the consultation. According to the representative of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers at the closing meeting for the consultation of the draft law by the Ministry of Justice, the draft of the proposed changes by NAREA has not been presented.
